Economy Inn

I have stayed in that place for few weeks and i like it a lot. Owner is really nice and friendly, rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. A/C is blowing cold air, bed and pillows are comfortable and TV has all the channels. If you are looking for cheap and nice place to stay - this is really good option!

This is a town that caters to miners and drillers, that said the Economy Inn is probably the most inexpensive in town. I negotiated a rate of only $228/per week if I pay in cash; so $32.50 a day is hard to beat. Giving me time to settle in to the new job without the stress created by the $440+ per week rent I've experienced other times at long stay places where you feel like you are burning money if you don't grab the first apartment or house lease you can find. The proprietors and their employees are friendly, accommodating, and give good service promptly. The motel only has swamp coolers, not AC, but they are thermostatically controlled and it hasn't been an issue. They do not provide coffee, but allowed me to buy a coffee maker and set it up in the room, so again, no real issue there. Microwave and mini fridge are serviceable, the mattress is firm and the bed comfortable. No ridiculous decibel levels of external noise or traffic ... whatever. It's not the Ritz, but I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

Our favorite place to stay in Elko. It feels like “home” away from home. So comfortable and clean and the hotel management is very attentive and respectful. If you ask they will get you what you need for your room so don’t be afraid to ask. I would highly recommend this to anyone. You don’t need to stay somewhere expensive when you can stay here and be comfortable and be treated like family.

Great, clean, comfy, deceptively nice little motel for a great price. Would definitely stay here again. Really clean, spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, very sweet and friendly staff. Small parking lot, some road noise but to be expected since it's right on the main street. Road noise did not impact my sleep.

It is a nice place when you want to rest and relax. I’ve stayed in $100s a night places and economical ones. For a place to unwind, this place is great. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable and environmental control spot on. The location is central to everything in Elko. The staff was amazing. Had a problem with tv but they fixed right away. They even had USB jacks to charge my electronics. I enjoyed and would stay again. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are modest and the bathrooms are a bit old. The beds are firm, but super comfortable, everything was clean and worked how it was suppose to. My room had a microwave and mini fridge that I used, and they worked right and were clean. The lady at the front desk, and her son, were amazing! They really made this place so great. They were kind and helpful, and checked on us throughout the trip. They were even kind enough to do some research and find a few local stores for us. They also had tons of info about local restaurants and places to see. I’m vegetarian, and she was knowledgeable enough to tell me where a few vegetarian-friendly food places were in town and whatnot. Honestly loved the stay, and it was fairly priced. If I’m traveling in the area again I’m for sure staying here again.

Such a perfect spot to stop and get a great night's sleep on our road trip. Super nice person at the front desk, really clean rooms, sheets on the bed were like none other that I have had in a hotel. Soft and an actual fitted bottom sheet. Highly recommend - great value.

Quiet place and feels very safe, which is so important. Everything is clean and the family that runs it is super nice and responsive. The prices are very reasonable, they have their own website with pictures. This place does not have a 24 hour front desk, so you can’t expect there to always be someone there, but Crystal will reply to any texts for questions and come help as soon as she can.
